Em outra vasilha misturar os 4 últimos ingredientes e adicionar aos ingredientes secos.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Farofa:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Misturar tudo até formar uma farofa.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Colocar a massa de muffin nas formas p/ muffin ou empadas. Preencher apenas 3/4 de  cada forminha com massa. Misture até formar um creme. Acrescentar o açúcar e esperar esfriar um pouco. Acrescentar os ovos, um a um, misturando após cada adição. Adicionar a baunilha e a farinha e misturar. Colocar os outros ingredientes em uma vasilha e acrescentar o leite e a farinha misturando tudo até ficar uma massa macia e lisa. Abrir a massa (mais ou menos 1/2 cm de espessura) cortar em triângulos, fazer um corte no meio e passar uma das pontas pelo corte, dando a aparência de torcido. Fritar em óleo quente até dourar, escorrer em papel toalha e polvilhar açúcar com canela por cima. Sirva em seguida.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Dica:  Se a massa ficar seca, colocar umas gotinhas de água, e se ficar muito grudenta, colocar um pouco mais de farinha. Coloque em uma panela o leite condensado, o leite e as gemas passadas na peneira, e leve ao fogo mexendo sempre até engrossar e ficar cremoso. Tire do fogo e coloque por cima do abacaxi. Misture as claras com o açúcar em uma panela e leve ao fogo apenas para amornar. Retire do fogo e bata na batedeira até formar um merengue firme. Coloque por cima do creme e leve ao forno alto somente para dourar o merengue. Colocar em uma (ou duas formas caso sejam pequenas), previamente untada e enfarinhada. Leve ao forno médio/baixo até ao espetar um palito o mesmo saia seco. Pode levar 50 minutos ou mais e por cima fica bem dourado. Acrescentar os ovos e a farinha e bater até ficar tudo bem misturado. Reserve. Levar ao fogo uma panela com um fio de óleo e refogar a cebola. Quando estiver transparente acrescentar a carne moída e temperos de sua preferência (sal, orégano, cominho em pó, etc...). Quando a carne estiver cozida colocar o molho de tomate e 1/2 xícara de àgua ou menos, caso seja necessário. Deixar ferver e desligar o fogo. Em um forma retângular disponha a metade do purê, depois coloque por cima a metade do molho, coloque outra camada de purê e por último coloque o molho restante. Cuidado que é pouco tempo, talvez uns 15 a 20 min. Depois tire da forma segurando pelo papel toalha e coloque em um pano de prato previamente umedecido (*). Coloque com o papel para cima, retire com cuidado o papel e enrole o rocambole ainda quente com a ajuda do pano de prato, em seguida desenrole e coloque o recheio de sua preferência: doce de leite, brigadeiro, beijinho. Coloque o chocolate derretido em um saco plástico, faça um pequeno corte na ponta e contorne o desenho com chocolate e depois preencha todo o espaço com o mesmo. Faça pontinhos para os olhos da cor contrária a que estiver usando. Coloque o palito pressionando, para que fique coberto de chocolate, e leve à geladeira ou freezer até endurecer. Coloque em saquinhos e guarde na geladeira até o consumo.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Dica: Para trabalhar o chocolate, o mesmo deve estar "temperado", que consiste em misturar o chocolate para que esfrie. Para saber a temperatura certa coloque um pouquinho do chocolate no lábio da boca e deve-se sentir que o chocolate está mais frio que o lábio. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Como esta técnica não requer molde, pode ser usada para fazer pirulitos personalizados para aniversários, chás de bebê e cozinha, e outros eventos. Pode-se colorir o chocolate branco com um pouquinho de corante comestível. Misture tudo e adicione a farinha, o fermento e o sal. Leve essa massa à geladeira por pelo menos meia hora. Trabalhando com 1/4 da massa, e o restante volte à geladeira, faça os biscoitinhos em forma de dedos. Use mais ou menos uma colher de sopa de massa para cada biscoitinho. Deixe mais gordinho a parte dos "nós" dos dedos e faça riscos com uma faca. "Cole" a amêndoa com geléia na ponta do dedo e pressione um pouco. Asse em forno alto por uns 20 minutos, ou até ficarem um pouco dourados. Misturar a farinha, o sal, o bicarbonato, o fermento e a canela em uma vasilha e reservar. Em outra vasilha bater os ovos e acrescentar os açúcares, o óleo, o chocolate em pó e a baunilha. Bater até ficar cremoso. Adicione a abobrinha e incorporar aos ingredientes secos. Coloque as gotas de chocolate e misture. Colocar a massa e 2 formas para pão previamente untadas e enfarinhadas. Colocar essa farofa em uma forma redonda pequena apertando com uma colher ou com a mão. Forre apenas o fundo. Reserve.&lt;br /&gt;Recheio: Fazer o brigadeiro com o leite condensado, a margarina e o chocolate em pó (ver receita: Brigadeiro). Colocar sobre a massa, e leve para a geladeira. Faça a trufa derretendo o chocolate no microondas em potência média/baixa por 2 minutos, ou em banho maria. Colocar o creme de leite (separe 2 colheres de creme de leite para fazer a trufa branca para decorar) e misturar bem. Colocar por cima do brigadeiro. Derreta o chocolate branco por uns 30/40 segundos no microondas em potência média/baixa. Colocar as 2 colheres de creme de leite reservadas e misturar bem. Para decorar, faça circulos ao redor da torta com a trufa branca, como o desenho de um "alvo" e depois com uma faca faça linhas da borda até o centro da torta, indo e vindo. Leve à geladeira por umas 3 à 4 horas.&lt;br /&gt;Dica: Se não tiver chocolate branco pode-se decorar a torta com o creme de leite reservado apenas. Quando estiver transparente acrescente o alho, depois o molho, a salsinha e a cebolinha. Colocar o caldo de frango e misturar até dissolver. Acrescentar o frango desfiado. Colocar a farinha e misturar, em seguida acrescentar a água e misturar bem. Deixar esfriar um pouco.&lt;br /&gt;Pegar um pouco de massa (do tamanho de uma bolinha de ping-pong) e abrir com o rolo. Rechear com uma colher de sopa do recheio de frango, fechar e colocar em assaderia untada e enfarinhada. Antes de colocar no forno pincelar os pãezinhos com gema . Levar ao forno alto até que fiquem dourados. Aproximadamente 40 minutos.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dica: Este recheio não deve ficar aguado, então coloque os líquidos (molho e água) na medida que seja necessário.&lt;br /&gt;Pode-se fazer variações colocando junto ao recheio de frango um pouco de mussarela, requeijão ou cream cheese. Colocar a calda em uma forma de pudim e reservar.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pudim: Colocar o leite condensado, leite evaporado, 3 ovos e a baunilha no liquidificador e bater tudo até ficar homogêneo. Despejar sobre a forma com a calda, tampar com papel alumínio e levar para assar por aproximadamente 40 à 50 minutos em forno alto. Amassar o cream cheese. Coloque os biscoitos de a pouco no cream cheese e misture bem. Esta mistura deve ficar completamente escura. A massa deve ficar grossa suficiente que ao fazer as bolinhas não grudará nas mãos (não é necessário untar as mãos). Faça as bolinhas (tamanho de brigadeiro), derreta o chocolate e banhe as bolinhas com o auxílio de um garfo. Decorar com fios de chocolate branco derretido. Coloque em uma bandeja forrada com papel alumínio (parte brilhante para cima) e leve à geladeira até endurecer o chocolate. Embrulhar e guardar na geladeira até o consumo. Coloque as fatias de presunto primeiro e depois as de queijo. Colocar a mistura em uma vasilha grande e adicionar a farinha aos poucos até a massa desgrudar das mãos. Sovar bem e deixar descansar por 10 minutos. A massa deve ter uma consistência fofa e suave (tipo pão).&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Ferver as salsichas, escorrer e cortar em 4 pedaços. Pegar um pedacinho de massa (do tamanho de um tomate cereja), abrir com o rolo, colocar a salsicha e enrolar. Quando estiver fervendo colocar o purê e esperar ferver de novo. Depois colocar a farinha rapidamente sem parar de mexer (com colher de pau). Quando desgrudar da panela tirar do fogo (desgruda rapidinho). Colocar a massa na mesa previamente limpa e esperar até conseguir amassar com as mãos. Amassar até a massa ficar lisinha. Agora a massa já está pronta para moldar as coxinhas. Essa massa também pode ser usada para bolinha de queijo.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Recheio: Peito de frango (1 peito rende 2 receitas de massa) desfiado e temperado com cebola refogada, salsinha, caldo de galinha e molho de tomate pronto, só para dar uma corzinha (umas 2 à 4 colheradas dependendo da quantidade de frango), cuidado para o recheio não ficar com sabor de molho!&lt;br /&gt;Para empanar, passar no ovo e farinha de rosca. Lembrem-se que a quantidade de molho, cebola e orégano vai do gosto de cada um.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Massa: &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Misture o fermento com o açúcar e colocar a água morna. Reserve.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Colocar em uma vasilha grande a farinha, o sal, a mistura de leite-óleo-água e a mistura de fermento. Misture com um garfo. A massa deve ficar mole. Colocar 3 à 4 colheres de óleo em uma assadeira retangular ou redonda grande e em cima do óleo colocar a massa. Com ajuda das pontas dos dedos (passe um pouco de óleo nos dedos para a massa não grudar neles) estique a massa em toda a forma. Coloque o molho e asse em forno quente até que ao espetar um palito ele saia seco. Depois da massa pronta coloque mussarela e/ou o que desejar e volte ao forno para derreter. Esta pizza fica alta e fofa. Misturar os ovos e a baunilha. Acrescentar a farinha, o sal e o bicarbonato. Adicionar o chocolate e as nozes. Colocar a massa à colheradas em uma assadeira sem untar. Levar ao forno quente por aproximadamente 10 à 15 minutos. Retirar da assadeira ainda quente com uma espátula e deixe esfriar. Formar uma bola e deixar descansar por 30 minutos. Esticar a massa com 1/2 cm de espessura e cortar em discos com um copo ou o que tiver. Quanto menores mais vai render. Assar em forma untada sem deixar que fiquem dourados. Os biscoitinhos devem ficar clarinhos e sequinhos.
